Transportation Wedding Tips
July 29, 2014

The invites have been sent. The venue, entertainment and decor have been selected. You’ve even said “yes to the dress.” So, what’s left?

While transportation may not pop into your mind when you begin the wedding planning process, it’s important to have a plan for everything from parking and valet to picking the right, stylish shuttle option for bride, groom and company.

Not sure what’s best? Looking for a way to get all of your guests from ceremony to reception to hotel? Look to the pros, who can help keep this part of your big day rolling along smoothly!

In the meantime, here are a few ideas to kick around.

If your ceremony or reception venue is not equipped with adequate parking, consider shuttling your guests from a different location. If your out-of-town guests are all at the same hotel, this would be an ideal spot. Not only does hiring a shuttle service simplify things, but if your hotel-bound guests choose to drink at the reception, there’s a safe, convenient way to get them back to their rooms safely!

LIMOS. At first blush it leads one to think that limos are not affordable, but in fact they are.  The smaller the wedding party the more affordable they are. When it comes to a classy getaway for the bride, groom and wedding party, few modes of transportation rival limousines; learn more about your options - limos and more - by contacting one of our distinguished vendors.

So, as you continue the wedding-planning process, remember, the CMWA can guide you to exactly the right transportation services to make sure all your guests arrive and leave conveniently and safely!
