The content of this website, and the site as a whole, is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users and/or visitors of our site. Vendor Listings & Advertisers

The online advertising form is a marketing agreement that acts as a legal contract for the purchase of Internet advertising space on idoido.org, and, in select cases, Production and Graphic Design Services. Local Directory Premium Listings are in alphabetical order among those of your category. Tile advertisements are placed in rotational order based on run dates and at the discretion of CMWA. Placement is not negotiable. The accuracy of information contained in your listing is the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

A standard membership advertisement will display the following:
• Hyperlinks directly to your website and email contact (if applicable).
• Detailed information with business name, location and custom description (50 word maximum).
• Optional information (limited by space): Year of establishment, office hours, awards, certifications, and offers.
• Custom artwork (i.e. logo or photo) of your choice to appear next to your listing.

Online listings from CMWA members and advertisers are intended to be as accurate and helpful as possible for consumer reference. CMWA is not responsible for the accuracy nor inaccuracy of information provided by its vendors and/or advertisers. In addition, CMWA requests that all materials, graphic and otherwise, provided by its vendors and/advertisers remain original works for which they maintain rights or permissions to use. CMWA is not responsible for the copyright violations of its vendors and/or advertisers. All vendors and advertisers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate permissions and intellectual property rights and trademarks to all materials provided to the CMWA for their listing and/or advertisement. The Central Minnesota Wedding Association recommends using original photography or logo artwork. Please do not submit copyrighted images or photographs.

From the time your contract, artwork submission, and payment have been processed, there may be a turn-around time of up to three weeks before your listing and/or tile ad will appear on the DWP website. The effective date of your advertising contract will be the first full day that your listing is on the idoido.org website. Once your listing is published, you will receive an email with the effective date of your listing and your expiration date.

All text and images are subject to CMWA approval for content and style. As each member of the directory reflects upon the image of all others within and associated with CMWA, we maintain a high level of quality control on all website content. CMWA reserves the right to deny or remove any advertiser’s content at any time without notice.

Although CMWA pre-screens all association members before they join the association, we cannot guarantee the products or services they offer. CMWA is not responsible for any event or loss incurred by use of vendors found on this website. We consider industry and client references and public opinion concern regarding the quality and integrity of all vendors.

Without limiting the foregoing, CMWA does not represent or warrant that the information on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, useful, timely or current or that this website will operate without interruption or error. CMWA, its partners and affiliates, do not endorse nor make any warranties or representations about the options, services, data or opinions expressed on any site that you may access through links found on this website. Links to other sites are provided for your convenience only. CMWA assumes no risk or responsibility for your use of any of the Content provided on this website.

All terms & conditions are subject to change. Any wedding fair agreements are on a verbal basis and may be canceled on the part of the fair coordinator. If any fair is cancelled, the CMWA does not maintain any responsibility. All members and advertisers assume responsibility for understanding and staying up to date on the terms and conditions.

Submissions

We welcome your comments regarding this site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, photos, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") sent to idoido.org shall be and remain the exclusive property of CMWA. Your submission of said Comments will be of entitled to use by CMWA to reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork. This right to Comments does not apply to artwork submissions by CMWA members and/or advertisers for the purpose of their online listings. All copyrights held by vendors are acknowledged, and ownership is retained by those persons respectively. Our policy at CMWA is simple: we give credit where credit is due. If for any reason you feel we have used your photographs or referenced your work in any inappropriate manner or without proper copyright notice, please contact us to rectify the situation.
