It's hard to know where to start. On the night of our wedding reception we received about 8-10 inches of snow, which pushed back arrivals, dinner, and really the entire evening. Gina and Stephanie worked our event that night and did an amazing job of handling the situation. My new husband and I were very impressed with the atmosphere and thoughtfulness in the little things that they did to make our night special. We still have guests that attended our function talking about how amazing everything was especially the food. I want to pass along a special thanks to Rosa, Gina’s pastry chef, my centerpiece cakes were very important to me since we had a destination wedding and wanted the reception to reflect that to our guests. They were everything that I envisioned in quality and presentation and when I saw them they took my breath away. Thank you to the Crown Room for making our day so special!
The Crown Room has excellent customer service that they provide to every bride and groom who has their reception there. From our first meeting with Gina my husband and I knew that we would have nothing to worry about if we had our reception at The Crown Room, the staff takes care of every last detail so you can be completely at ease on your wedding day.
We especially appreciated their flexibility when we were in the middle of a tornado warning! They treated us great (e.g. bringing drinks for the guests) and extended our reception time to make up for the time we spent in the basement! They also took care of everything after the reception (e.g. gathering centerpieces, removing chair covers) and had them ready for us to pick up the next day!
To say a reception went totally as planned is an example of the event. The customer service was so excellent. It felt like your best friends and family members were part of the group. I could not find one thing tocomplain about even if I tried my hardest. In other words I could not have asked for any more or better. Almost every guest had something wonderful to say. JOB WELL DONE
All of our guest commented on how friendly and courteous the staff were at the Crown Room. They all wished that the night could of been longer.
One thing that blew me away was about a month after the wedding, I received a card in the mail from the Crown Room with a CD of photos from our wedding! I had NO idea one of the servers had been taking pictures of our wedding party as we walked around the grounds with our photographer! There were some great candid shots of us as well as photos of our centerpieces, place settings, decorations, etc.! It was so much fun to see pictures of all of these things that I put so much work in to, but didn't really get to enjoy on the day of the wedding!
The Crown Room thought of everything down to the detail. They are extremely organized, prompt to respond, and a very creative and artistic team. The Crown Room give 110% the day of your event and is true to their word in every respect.
Our wedding reception turned out great - everything was better than I expected, from the food to the decorating to the excellent service. The Crown Room staff was helpful and attentive to all my questions and needs for the big day. I have heard from so many of our family and friends how great of a reception it was. A big thank you to Gina & the rest of the Crown Room staff for helping make our big day special!
Dan and I were very pleased with our experience at the Crown room a classy place! We loved that we just dropped off our supplies and the crew at the Crown Room took care of everything all we did was show up and enjoy our wedding reception! Our guest even after a month are still commenting on our wedding reception and how they were greeted at the door and also everyone loved the food they commented on how they didn't have to wait as soon as the prayer was finished the salads were on the table and followed with dinner! Ever since I was a little girl I have dreamed about getting married, i think i can speak for a lot of women and say we all dream about that day at some point in our lives, and well this year I was able to experience my dream come true on October 1st 2011 when I got married to the most wonderful man I know. And to celebrate the day we chose the Crown Room Banquet Center in Rogers MN. When I went to a wedding previous before mine I told myself I must have my wedding reception here, the place is and was perfect as can be. The Crown Room gave me everything that i wished for and hoped for. I couldn't ask for a better day. The staff, the venue, the food...what can I say it truly was a dream come true. I could not complain about one thing. As soon as I got into the room the day of the wedding everything I wanted was there and ready for me when I wanted it. The treated my husband and I like Royalty. No need to travel and see the queen of England, we were the real deal, actually the real royal palace is the Crown Room Banquet Center. Vote The Crown Room Banquet Center as your Royal Palace place to be, its truly where dreams do come true!

Our weding reception could not have gone any better! All of our guest were VERY pleased with the food…many said it was the best food they have ever had at a Wedding. The Crown Room Staff was very organized and friendly. Everything ran more smoothly than I could have ever imagined.
From our first phone call to the last minutes of the wedding reception, the Crown Room was flawless. Gina guided us through the details of planning a reception, from food to seating arrangements to decorations and a myriad of other details, with ultimate professionalism, personal interest and humor, taking into account our wishes and giving us suggestions when we were uncertain. She gave us valuable advice about vendors, and we were more than happy with 101 Market for flowers and D'Angelo Sound and Light for the reception music and dance. The Crown Room staff was continually responsive, helpful, and consummately pleasant throughout the planning stage, whether contacted by phone or e-mail. During the reception and dance they, too, were totally professional and helpful. The food was marvelous, served beautifully, and with a presentation that doesn't often occur at weddings.
And, of course, the facility itself--the beautiful banquet room, the smaller adjacent rooms, the lovely entry--was absolutely perfect. We had a fabulous experience, as did our guests. There is nothing I would have changed and no criticism I could make! We couldn't be more pleased.
From the second I stepped into The Crown Room I knew it was perfect. What I loved about this venue was the convenience of everything(no pre wedding decorating), oh and how gorgeous the venue is without any decor. I dropped off everything at the reception the thursday before the wedding and it was put together beauitfully. The staff was great throughout the entire night. Beautiful place! Would recommend this venue to everyone!
The Crown Room, Gina, and her staff are absolutely amazing! They are the most organized group I have ever come across and were a blast to work with. They truly take care of you. What is even more amazing is the staff the day of, you couldn't even see them running around, they were like apparations. If you needed someone though, they were there. Very accommodating, worth every penny, would recommend to anyone planning a wedding wanting a beautiful venue and a beautiful wedding.
