Nichole booked our destination wedding to Rivera Mexico in October 2010. She had worked with me, my new husband, and about 17 others that attended our wedding for almost a year. This was probably the most detailed and challenging part of our wedding planning process. Not only were we working with people in another country that did not speak our language very well, but she was working with family and friends of ours that had budgets and special needs/requests. Nichole was very professional and always made sure that my new husband and I were in close communication with her on any updates she had for us during the booking process. Even when there were challenges with the wedding coordinators at the resort (Nichole knows what that means :) ) Nichole always kept us in the loop. We felt very comfortable working with her and developed a strong relationship along the way. Thank you Nichole for making sure that our trip and wedding was so amazing! Provided a Great honeymoon to Maui. Real Concern about pleasing her customers. A lot of research so we did not have to do this while we were planning our wedding! Went above and beyond the entire time of consulting with her!

Through our honeymoon planning, we threw around a lot of different ideas. She was very patient as we made a decision and never hesitated to get us a price for what we were looking for.
Nichole helped us with booking our trip entirely over email and gave us choices with out pushing us to choose one over the other. But when ever we had questions she made sure she found an answer! She also advised us with a wardrope to bring so we where prepared at our all-inclusive resort unlike some other guest at the same resort! It was the easiest part of the wedding planning experience!
Nichole did an awesome job helping us decide where to go for our anniversary trip to Jamaica. We wanted to have fun, but also find a resort that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time there. Nichole had many suggestions, but after listening to what our desires for our 10 day trip were, she suggested the perfect resort. We can't say enough about the great time we had. She handled everything either by phone or e-mail and never missed a detail. Nichole is such a pleasure to work with and she has such a passion for making each person's trip an amazing one, whether it is just for vacation or planning a wedding or honeymoon trip. AMAZING & UNFORGETABLE is how I would describe both our 10-Year Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal in Jamaica and our planning experience with Nichole! Nichole does not miss a beat with the big picture or the tiny little details! She worked closely with my husband on selecting the location that was perfect for our vow renewal as well as affordable for us and our guests that would be attending. We had an AMAZING honeymoon in Hawaii. Neither of us had been there before and had lots of questions, Nichole was such a great help and had all the answers to our questions. My husband and I had very high expectations for the destination of our honeymoon. Being my husband's first "real" vacation without sport obligations, we wanted to take full advantage - zip lining, mountains, beautiful beaches, the works! We were able to send a long list of our desires to Nichole and she quickly sent over many options for us to review. After looking through some of the resorts and locations, we were able to send a modified list of what we were looking for. Nichole quickly grasped what we were truly after (and stayed close to our budget) and sent over a narrowed list of options. This made our decision very easy. Our honeymoon was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was so nice to not worry about planning the honeymoon. Nichole made this process efficient and enjoyable so that we were able to focus on planning our wedding :) THANK YOU AGAIN!
