I thoroughly enjoyed Dennis's humor and energy when photographing my family and I simply love some of the pictures, very glad I chose him as our photographer for this reason as well. We had a miscommunication regarding time frame after the wedding was over but Dennis resolved it with me personally. I really love my pictures, some of which I've never seen the likes before in anyone else's wedding pictures and I couldn't be happier with the end result, my family loved him and our pictures.
We could not have been happier with having choose Dennis as our photographer. Our situation was unique. Dennis and I had previously worked together, and I knew from the beginning, even before I met my husband, that I wanted him to photograph my wedding day. Well once Dan and I became engaged, it was time to ultimately choose our photographer. Since my fiance and I were on a budget, we had originally planned to go with a "cheaper" option. Well, needless to say, I instantly regretted the decision, and knew I had to go with my gut. We hired Dennis and it was easily the BEST decision we could have made. The pictures were phenomenal. He has such a creativity and photographs in a way that I have never seen and the way he uses composition and light is so unique. We have been given countless compliments on our wedding pictures. A lot of photographers have a few fantastic shots. I can say with confidence that a majority of our shots were show stoppers! Hiring Dennis was worth every penny and am so glad we did.
When it came to making the decision for the photography of the single most important day of our lives we were certain that Dennis with DZ Photography would be the choice for us. We had previously seen his work for personal family photos and you can see the creativity that he holds. The photos that he produced for us could only come from a creative, seasoned/experienced photographer. Just anyone can snap a picture, but there is a certain magic in finding the beauty in every single shot. Dennis has this magic. Dennis shot our engagement session as well as our wedding day, and every photo takes my breath away. Our wedding photos by Dennis are AMAZING. Dennis captured the moment with candid photos, true emotion with his creative style and our true smiles by being energetic, humorous and professional! I look at our photos on our anniversary to bring back the memories of our day and still have the love for our photos that I did the first time I saw them. Dennis has a sense of humor that allows the entire party to feel comfortable and relaxed. The sense of not just capturing the moments to remember and those of traditional poses, he has a knack of finding those once in a lifetime and impersonated moments. Especially those of children. The moments that go unplanned seem to be more memorable then those that seem to always be seen in every wedding. I appreciate his time and his business in ensuring our wedding truly became of ease and stress free throughout the worries of getting that "special" photo. DZ has always been on the mind of recommendations as I push his photography to repay something that money can never make up for.
We had Dennis take our engagement photos for our Save the Date cards as well as our pictures on our wedding day. We were extremely satisfied by his ability to be flexible with scheduling and were grateful that he knew how to make a bride and groom feel comfortable. Dennis pays attention to the details with his work and it shows! He listens to what you want and gets the photos completed for viewing in a fast and timely manner. We love our pictures and couldn't be happier with the results!
Dennis is a lot of fun, and he takes great pictures to boot! He did the photography for our wedding a few years back, and his humor and spunk really kept everything moving and made for some great/genuine smiles. He also could melt into the background for those special moments, and did a wonderful job capturing them in unique ways... like when my bride and I saw each other for the first time on the big day.
We have zero complaints and are always trying to recommend him to our friends!
We reviewed quite a few photographers before making the decision of who would be trusted with the most important day of our lives. Dennis obviously had a unique eye and his use of color was spectacular so we decided to trust our day to him.
Dennis did not let us down. He really did his research on our location before the big day so he already had an idea on what shots would work best, which made the family photos go very smoothly. He was very professional and has a knack for setting everyone at ease and his humor coaxes smiles out of even the shyest of children.
Dennis is very flexible and works with you to get the pictures that you want, certainly not your run of the mill poses. His candid shots really captured the emotions of the day.
The shots that we received from Dennis are amazing. Anyone who sees them makes the comment that they "have never seen any wedding photos like that before" and I don't hesitate to recommend Dennis for any photographic needs they may have. Just looking at his website, you know he's something special.

After looking at several other site's Dennis was truely the Best hand's down. Just the first greeting we knew we did not have to look anymore. Dennis is so kind friendly always has a smile on his face. His humor is what really made us choose him. Very relaxed flexible and listen's to all comment's that are made, as he listened to every word that we wrote down (awesome). Our picture's turned out phenomenal and can't thank him enough. Having photo's last your entire life the right way he sure did that for us. The art skill's that he has to put all different photo's on page's was amazing. We chose to have Dennis photograph our wedding on the recommendation of a friend. I had actually been in her wedding, and liked his style of photography. I must say we were THRILLED with his work at our wedding! He is fun, energetic, and full of ideas. Our pictures could not have turned out any better. There is one picture in particular that is still the most amazing wedding photo I have ever seen! (I'm not biased or anything ;-)) Since that time, my sister got married and he did her wedding too. If you pick DZ for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!
My husband and I were more than satisfied with Dennis' work! I loved the pictures he did for my sister a few years prior and had to book him for our own wedding. With his years of experience we were more than confident in his skills to shoot our wedding in a church covered in marble! He made it fun and worked great with our nephews and niece. I've already recommended him to friends. We will treasure our photos for many years.
Dennis (DZ Photography) was recommended to us by a friend and we were SO pleased with his work. The day of our wedding he made not only my husband and I feel at ease, but also our wedding party and family. He has a great sense of humor. The pictures are fantastic! … that’s his slogan, and I believe he lived up to it 100%. On such a special day- you want to have someone you can count on to get your photo’s right and we found that in Dennis (DZ Photography)! Our photographer was 1 of the most important decisions we made- we did a lot of research and after receiving a referral from a family friend for Dennis (DZ Photography), researching him & meeting with him- we knew this was the way to go! Dennis did our engagement photos and wedding photos. One of the things we asked him was that we wanted to do our engagement photo’s with 4 of our animals (3 horses & dog) - would he be ok with that. Dennis replied without a thought- no problem, the more the better! Our engagement pictures turned out spectacular! My husband & I are pretty shy and Dennis had a way of bringing us to life & captured the essence of us. He was so fun to work with & made us so comfortable in what to us, was an uncomfortable situation (we don’t like being in front of the camera). So, come the day of our wedding- we were very at ease with him & I didn’t worry about if our pictures would turn out or if he would capture all the moments we would want to cherish for years to come and sure enough- he did! We couldn’t be happier with our photos! In fact, since our wedding, Dennis had taken my nephew’s engagement photos, another nephew’s graduation photo’s, and I’ve referred him to anyone I know looking for a photographer. My husband and I were married in 2007. We originally booked Dennis as our photographer after seeing him in action at a friend's wedding. Since then, many of our friends have also used his photographer talents to capture their special days as well. I would recommend Dennis and DZ Photography 100% to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer. His friendly and humorous personality helps to put everyone at the wedding at ease, and his attention to detail and high professional standards make him stand out above the rest. I tend to be a very particular person with an A-type perfectionstic personality, and Dennis exceeded all of my needs and expectations for a photographer. As we planned our wedding, there were many choices that we needed to make, from the catering to the DJ, however, our choice of photographer was never in doubt. Dennis has been doing all types of photography for our family for years.
Wedding pictures are often far too serious or too unprofessional. Dennis is able to capture the importance of such a monumental day, while keeping everyone's stress down with light hearted moments and engaging conversation. Dennis was my daughter's wedding photographer and he was awsome. He has a wonderful sense of humor and at times I needed this! He listened to what the bride and groom wished to have and also to me! He made sure he had all the shots we wanted to have and then used his creative "juices" to produce some fantastic shots of the ceremony itself and the celebration afterwards. From a MOB's point of view I appreciated that he checked with us before he left to make sure he had all the shots we really wanted. I felt that Dennis was always the professional while still using his humor and skills to get the best shots possible when dealing with the many members of the wedding party. He was always there and never missed a shot,but never in the way of any of the activities! Oh the book he put together! It was BEAUTIFUL! People have commented that they haven't ever seen such a beautiful book. Thanks Dennus, we have memories to last forever.
Dennis did an amazing job with our wedding pictures. He also did phenominal work with our engagement photos as well. Dennis was very professional, yet very personable. He has a great sense of humor and was able to make some of the most rigid people in our wedding party feel relaxed and at ease. He paid very close attention to all of our ideas during our meetings before our wedding, and also shared some great ideas of his own. We have referred Dennis to several of our friends who have gotten married, and all of them have been very pleased with the work that he has done. He did such an amazing job with our wedding that we have gone back to him again and again for all our photography needs. We love you Dennis!

Dennis and his team do a wonderful job capturing your special day. He takes the extra time to make sure every detail is covered to your fullest expectation. We looked a at few photographers before we found Dennis. He is funny and energetic and know how to get the perfect pictures out of even the yougest of the wedding party (3 years old). He works with you to get you the pictures you want and is super reasonable on his pricing. Definately the best Bang for our Buck!
