Working thus far with Mestads in St. Cloud has been a pleasure! They were extremely accommodating even though I was a walk-in, which immediately made me feel special as every bride should! We had visited 4 stores previously and their consultant was lending information that those others had failed to tell us about. "The dress" that I had my heart set on was not in their store, but they have taken the extra time to try and get it in for me just to even try on in comparison to dresses available in their store! This definitely shows me that the customer is more important than the sale. This ultimately makes me want to take my mother and bridesmaids there for dresses due to their great service!
I went to Mestads when I was in High School to get my prom dress and they were to helpful working with me and my plus size figure that I decided to try them out for the wedding dress as well. The gal that I met with was fantastic and friendly to me and my bridal party. I found the dress of my dreams!! Unfortunately the dress was not my size and it was too late to order one in time for the wedding. They located the dress in the correct size in Rochester and offered to have it sent up to that location. Since I was leaving to go back home(out of state) in 2 days there wasnt enough time to have it sent up there. So they put my dress on hold in Rochester and allowed us to drive down there in order to try it on and make the purchase. I remember screaming the moment I realized that it fit and felt AMAZING standing there in that dress. My dress was like no other I had seen and I still get compliments to this day on it.
I had a wonderful experience at Mestads Bridal. It was so nice to have the one on one attention of the bridal consultant who took the time to understand what you are looking for. The bridal consultant really helped me to process through what I liked about each of my favorite dresses and pulled dresses that were similar based on my likes and dislikes. This was my best experience with trying on dresses. Its amazing what the atmosphere and service can do for ones experience.
Mestads provided a great bridal gown experience for me! There was a variety of sizes and my "assistant" for trying on was very helpful. I look forward to going back for bridesmaids shopping.
Mestad's customer service was the best! (I went to 3 other places before going to their store in St. Cloud) The associate was able to see the types of dresses that I liked and picked other dresses based on that. I thought I had found the perfect dress before coming to Mestad's but ended up finding 3 that I loved!
The selection was really great! I loved that there were multiple designers available and each one had many dress styles available!
I would definitely recommend Mestad's to other brides looking for first class service!

This place is fantastic if you are looking for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, tux's, etc. The staff was very friendly and my consultant for bridal gowns was amazing. They have a wide variety of gowns and accessories. I don't know how anyone could not find their dream dress here. From the moment the appointment started I felt so comfortable and welcomed and was so happy that I purchased my dress. I plan on going back to get the bridesmaid dresses and tux's as well. They truly care that you have an amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Clarissa as a consultant as she is truly one of a kind. Her suggestions and experience made me know exactly what I liked and didn't like! Thanks so much Mestads!!!
