They were able to fulfill a rental order with only 2 days notice prior to my event when my original linen service canceled. They didn't give me attitude about how I wasn't giving enough notice and just worked with me to get me what I needed. SAVED THE DAY!

Two days before our wedding, we found out the reception venue was not available during the times they had given us for set-up. When I called Erin to let her know, she let me know their schedule, the
options she was going to look into, and calmed my nerves by letting me know they'd "get it done." Sure enough, they got it done and it was absolutely beautiful!!
The customer service was outstanding and they have very quality products and made our reception hall look absolutely stunning. They provided us with the best customer service for our wedding and were very accommodating to our needs. Our reception hall looked absolutely beautiful after they were completed with decorating.
The room was spectacular. When my daughter and son-in-law saw it, they were over whelmed with

Everything was provided on time without any difficulty. The set-up was beautiful and just as I had
pictured. The take-down was also done with ease and I didn't have to do anything. The stuck with the
price they gave me and nothing came up at the last minute. They were also easy to contact with any
questions.

Excellent, friendly customer service in chair covers/sashes for our daughter's wedding. We had
odd shaped chairs, and she worked with us til we got the best fitting chair cover!
When the other company that we contracted with for chair covers stopped returning our calls the
week before the wedding We've Got It Covered provided a quality product at a great price at the last
second.

Went with We've Got It Covered this past summer (July 2011) for some awesome table covers. They were very organized and easy to work with. Prices were very fair. Would do business again with them if ever needed but I don't plan on getting married again!
Erin was awesome. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was spectacular. Erin was extremely patient with me through several decor changes and made it easy to plan the wedding from out of state. All of my guests complimented her work, even the venue! Thanks

I cannot say enough good things about We've Got it Covered! We were referred to them by a friend who also had a great experience. They did chair covers for us and they were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. They were so elegant and well put together. We worked with Erin who made the whole process seamless and so fun. She was nice and fun to work with. I placed the order, and didn't worry about another thing. People will still comment on how beautiful our room looked! You will not find a better company than this!
I was referred by a family member. Erin always offered the best she could give. She was professional, yet personal. She helped & encouraged as much as she could. She was also flexible! It was worth going through them.
Paula did an amazing job! I had several people affiliated with the reception venue say they had never seen it look so elegant and beautiful. We were able to do our consultation over the phone and email as I do not live near the reception site. She was thorough and had a multitude of ideas and options. We had her do our table linens as wells as chairs, draping and lighting. The work was impecable and took my breath away. I especially loved our sweetheart table. THANK YOU!!!
Thanks to We've Got It Covered our reception turned out gorgeous! I was worried because I had no idea what it would look like but blew me away when I did. They are professional,flexible, and great to work with!
Erin was fantastic to work with! She had great ideas, pulled together pictures and samples to help me get a good idea what it would look like which really helped me feel confident going into our wedding day. The linens and ruched chair covers helped make our wedding look wonderful and the compliments were endless! The process was so efficient and everything was in great condition- I'm so glad we found We've Got It Covered!!
